Carso Science Park, located in the heart of the old city of Beer Sheva, is the largest and newest science museum in Israel. The museum grounds, which extend over approximately 17 dunams, offer the visiting public a variety of interactive exhibitions, an experiential complex for preschoolers, a science garden (in the outdoor area) and an auditorium used for conferences, events and film screenings
The museum offers the general public an extraordinary experience, inviting visitors to “play with science” and enjoy hands-on experience in operating exhibits that explain and illustrate science in an experiential and fascinating way.
“Tell me and I’ll forget. Show me and I’ll remember. Guarantee me and I will understand” (Confucius)
Come discover for yourself the wonders of the scientific world, and find the answers to the questions you’ve always wanted to know – how do you launch a rocket into space? How do today’s computers work? Why are we like our parents? And a host of surprises and thrills that you can only find here!
Caruso Science Park opens its doors to groups and organizations that wish to enjoy its many activities in an organized group setting. We invite you to choose from the variety of programs and activities offered on the site and come to us for a day full of scientific experience accompanied by a professional and experienced team of instructors.
Most of the museum’s area is located in a built and air-conditioned underground complex, which allows activity throughout the year in changing weather conditions
